Symptoms of traction failure:

The dynamics at low revs are poor (because the system for changing the geometry of the intake manifold does not work).
    
The reason is a breakdown of the intake manifold geometry regulator rod. The intake manifold has swirl flaps installed, which are actuated by a vacuum regulator connected to the flap axis with a plastic rod. Over time, the plastic becomes old, loses its functional characteristics and breaks completely, or the connection between the traction and the important part breaks down, and the traction gradually “flies”. It’s a pity that we don’t sell traction directly; you can only get an assembled intake manifold, which costs about $300 (plus the labor required to replace the manifold). We manufacture and sell a new intake manifold geometry control rod, made of aluminum.

Instructions for replacing the rod (you can replace the rod yourself quickly and easily):

• Remove the vacuum valve cover.;
