Seller and scope
These terms apply to purchases through klifex.net from Klifex LLC, trading as KLIFEX. Legal address: 42 Reads Way STE 42V, New Castle, DE 19720, USA. Email: contact-us@klifex.net. The legal address is not an address for returning goods.
These terms include our Payments Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer rights take precedence over conflicting terms. Business purchasers may have different statutory rights from consumers.
Ordering and acceptance
Review the goods, quantities, delivery details, available payment method and total price before placing an order. You must have legal capacity to make the purchase. Provide accurate information and protect any account-access credentials.
An automated acknowledgement records receipt of the order; acceptance occurs when we issue an acceptance or dispatch confirmation. Payment authorisation or capture alone is not an acceptance notice. We may reject an order before acceptance for legitimate reasons such as unavailable goods, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error or inability to deliver. If payment was taken for an order we cannot accept, we notify you and refund without undue delay within applicable legal deadlines. These terms do not give us an unlimited right to cancel an accepted contract.
Goods, compatibility and installation
Product descriptions and specific compatibility statements form part of the information on which you may rely. Check the OEM reference, vehicle configuration and other relevant specifications before ordering and installing. Ask us if uncertain. This does not excuse an inaccurate product description or the supply of incorrect goods.
Use appropriate installation instructions, tools and professional assistance where needed. Damage actually caused by incorrect installation, misuse or an unrelated vehicle fault is distinct from a product defect. Installation alone does not prove that a defect was the customer's fault or remove mandatory remedies. General policy text is not a substitute for product-specific technical guidance.
Prices and payment
Payment is accepted for Klifex LLC using cards, Shop Pay, PayPal or Apple Pay where available for the transaction. The currency, price, delivery charge and taxes collected at checkout are displayed before payment. Available methods and provider requirements are governed by the relevant checkout service.
Price changes do not retrospectively change the agreed price of an accepted order. Import charges not collected at checkout may be payable separately as disclosed in the Shipping Policy. Refunds follow the Refund & Return Policy and applicable law.
Dispatch, delivery and risk
Orders to US addresses may ship from Miami when the selected goods and quantity are available there. US orders not available for dispatch from Miami ship from Ukraine. Orders to other countries currently ship from Ukraine, including when the goods also have US stock. International shipping from Miami is not represented as an available option unless it is actually offered for that order.
Domestic USPS/FedEx estimates apply only to qualifying US-warehouse shipments. The Shipping Policy and order-specific service information distinguish handling time from transit time. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates, but this does not waive obligations relating to dispatch promises, delay notices, cancellation or refunds.
Contact us about missing or damaged parcels. We investigate and provide remedies as required by the contract and law; appointing a carrier does not automatically make a consumer bear the loss of undelivered goods. Cases involving refusal, non-collection or inaccurate delivery details are assessed individually under applicable law.
Cancellations, returns and defects
Contact us promptly if you wish to stop an order before dispatch. If fulfilment cannot be stopped, applicable return or withdrawal rights continue. The Refund & Return Policy explains our voluntary 14-day change-of-mind option and separate EU/EEA, UK and faulty-goods rights. Statutory defect claims are not confined to that voluntary return window.
No additional commercial guarantee is created by these terms unless expressly offered with a product. This does not exclude express product promises or implied and statutory rights arising under applicable law.
Liability and legal rights
Any exclusion or limitation of liability applies only to the extent lawful. Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded, including applicable liability for defective products, fraud, personal injury, or mandatory consumer remedies. Labour, installation or diagnostic costs are assessed under applicable law and the circumstances; they are not categorically excluded where reimbursement is legally required.
Content, privacy and changes
Website content belongs to Klifex LLC or is used with permission. Product references to third-party manufacturers do not by themselves imply affiliation. Content you submit may be displayed and used for the purpose for which you supplied it, subject to applicable rights and any separately agreed permissions. Marketing reuse of identifiable customer material must respect applicable privacy and publicity rights.
Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Acknowledging that notice does not amount to consent to every processing activity.
The version applicable when an order is accepted governs that order, subject to mandatory law. Later updates apply prospectively unless a lawful agreement provides otherwise.
