Cover and Ventilation Symptoms

• Oil leakage or sweating around the valve cover.
• Burnt-oil smell after warm-up.
• Air ingress through the cover or crankcase ventilation.
• Unstable idle.
• Increased oil consumption.
• Whistling, vacuum or mixture faults associated with leakage.

Inspect the sealing and ventilation system and confirm the affected component before repair.

Repair Limits

Inspect the valve cover or oil separator housing and ventilation hoses for cracks or damage. Worn sealing elements can be replaced if the housing remains serviceable; a damaged housing may require a broader repair.

Important Before Ordering

Compare the original part number, marking, shape and mounting design before ordering. A model name alone does not confirm the required version.
