Valve Cover Repair Kit - Peugeot / Citroen / Volvo / Ford / Fiat / Opel / Toyota 1.5 BlueHDi DV5 - 9827622780

This kit repairs crankcase ventilation and valve cover sealing on the listed 1.5 BlueHDi DV5 applications. Worn PCV membranes, seals or internal cover elements can cause oil leaks, unwanted air entry, whistling, unstable idle and increased oil consumption. A separate repair is suitable when the cover housing has no cracks or mechanical damage.

Applications

• Peugeot, Citroen, Volvo, Ford, Fiat, Opel and Toyota - 1.5 BlueHDi / DV5 diesel with a matching listed cover reference.

FAQ

Must the complete valve cover be replaced?

Not always. A repair can be suitable if the housing has no cracks, deformation or mechanical damage.

Can PCV damage contribute to oil leakage?

Yes. Ventilation faults can disturb crankcase pressure and contribute to oil leakage; confirm the cause.

How should I select the version?

Compare the complete original valve cover reference, including 9827622780, 2249650, 2319287, 2524813 or 3556973.
