The diaphragm of the valve VKG (crankcase ventilation) for diesel engines 1.4 TDI
The valve cover membrane is one of the most important elements of the PCV. Its wear leads to clogging of the engine. And this, in turn, becomes the reason:
- unpleasant whistling;
- excessive fuel consumption;
- poor functioning of ignition systems and facilities;
- instability of idling.
It is quite simple to change the diaphragm of the PCV, but the manufacturers of Audi, Volkswagen, Seat and Skoda cars did not provide for the release of this spare part as a separate part.
