Garrett Turbo Wastegate Repair Kit - Isuzu Truck / Bus 4HG1-T - 704407-0004

This kit repairs the mechanical wastegate in the listed Garrett turbochargers on Isuzu 4HG1-T trucks and buses. Shaft, bushing or lever wear can cause play, metallic rattling, valve sticking and unstable boost. Selection and Post-Repair Checks

Match the original Isuzu or Garrett turbo number and mechanical wastegate design. Engine or vehicle model alone does not confirm the version. Inspect the turbo housing, bushing seat, lever, actuator and bypass valve. Lever position adjustment may be required after installation.

Important Before Ordering

Compare the original part number, marking, shape and mounting design before ordering. A model name alone does not confirm the required version.
