The VVT camshaft timing control valve on VAG 1.8 TFSI and 2.0 TFSI EA888 Gen 2 engines controls oil flow to the camshaft phase adjuster. When it fails, variable valve timing stops functioning — causing rough idle, reduced power, and P0010/P0011/P0013/P0014 fault codes. This direct replacement valve restores correct VVT operation.
