Swirl flap repair kit with gaskets for Duratec 1.8, 2.0, 2.3, and 2.5 liter engines used in Ford, Mazda, and Volvo vehicles. Updated design with improved bushings for easier manifold installation and a new-type plug without the previously welded extended shaft. Kit is installed on a removed intake manifold.
Note: Since the manifold is made from cast engineering plastic, we recommend lightly preparing the bushing seats with sandpaper or a file before installation.
