After removing swirl flaps from Opel Z19DTH, Z19DTJ, and Z19DT diesel engines, the 15mm axis holes in the intake manifold must be sealed with blanking plugs. This plug set seals the axis ports cleanly — preventing air leaks and debris ingestion.
Important: Swirl flap deletion is intended for off-road use or markets where emissions modifications are permitted. There are two plug sizes (15mm and 18mm) — verify your manifold port diameter before ordering.
