The bush eliminates the knock of the steering rack on the right side of the car (passenger side). It is installed instead of a worn bushing, removal of the steering rack is not required. The bushing is pressed into the threaded housing, you simply unscrew the old bushing and screw in the new one. This support bushing is not in the auto parts catalogs, so the problem is relevant for many Ford owners. Our solution allows you to quickly and efficiently solve the problem with knocking in the steering rack. The bushings are completely ready for installation and do not require any modifications! INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR STEERING RACK BUSHING Ford Focus 2 / Ford Focus 3 / Ford C-max

1. Removing the front right wheel

2. We remove the clamps of the right anther of the steering rack and shift the anther towards the wheel (do not forget to purchase a new large clamp that secures the anther to the rack, a 40-60mm screw clamp will do).

3. We unscrew the steering rod from the steering rack, the steering tip can not be removed.

4. Turn the steering wheel all the way to the right.

5. We take a special key and unscrew the support sleeve. IMPORTANT after unscrewing the bushing, do not turn the steering wheel and do not start the car, otherwise the cuff will be squeezed out and the power steering fluid will flow out.

6. We take a new bushing and, using a special wrench, wrap it up to the stop. Tighten the bushing tight enough.

7. We unscrew the steering wheel all the way to the left, lubricate the shaft with a thin layer of lithium grease.

8. Assemble in reverse order.
