Hose Assembly and Diaphragm Selection

Diaphragm diameter: 56mm. Assembly references: 149122V71A and 16530HG00G. The listed 2.0L Turbo context applies to the Q50/Q60 rows above. Additional references: 270 018 00 00, 70 018 00 00 and 11826; compare the full original marking.

When to Inspect Crankcase Ventilation

• Whistling or excessive crankcase vacuum.
• Unstable idle.
• Increased oil consumption.
• Oil deposits in the intake.
• Exhaust smoke after warm-up.
• Mixture faults associated with air leaks.

These symptoms call for inspection of the crankcase ventilation system; confirm the cause before replacing the diaphragm.

Repair Scope

The diaphragm is a repair component for the crankcase ventilation hose assembly. Inspect the separator or valve cover housing, ventilation hoses and possible cracks. Diaphragm replacement may be suitable when the housing is intact; housing damage may require a different repair.

Important Before Ordering

Compare the original part number, marking, shape and mounting design before ordering. A model name alone does not confirm the required version.
