When to Inspect PCV

• Whistling or excessive crankcase vacuum.
• Unstable idle.
• Increased oil consumption.
• Oil deposits in the intake.
• Exhaust smoke after warm-up.
• Mixture faults associated with intake air leaks.

Confirm the cause by checking the diaphragm, housing and ventilation pipes.

Repair Scope

The diaphragm is supplied separately from the complete separator or cover. Inspect the housing and ventilation pipes for cracks; a damaged housing may require additional repair.

Important Before Ordering

Compare the original part number, marking, shape and mounting design before ordering. A model name alone does not confirm the required version.
