The rubber membrane has a short margin of safety given its operating conditions. Systematic mechanical stress, accompanied by constant contact with an oily vapor emulsion, leads to loss of elasticity, cracking and destruction. The main sign of a diaphragm rupture is a characteristic whistle in the area where the oil separator is located. This indicates the need to replace the CVKG diaphragm. The manufacturer supplies the oil separator membrane in a complete assembly with a valve cover, which significantly increases the cost of purchase. The KLIFEX company offers to purchase a PCV membrane of its own production for AZQ, BME, CGPA, CGPB, CGPC, BXV, BZG engines separately, it is much cheaper than buying a complete spare part.
