The Hella turbocharger electronic actuator uses a position sensor gear to report wastegate position to the ECU. When this gear wears or strips, the ECU loses position feedback — causing boost control errors, limp mode, and P0234/P0299 fault codes. This premium gear kit replaces the position sensor gear, restoring accurate position feedback.
