The fourth generation of the Haldex coupling in Volvo 31325173, Land Rover LR032298, Ford 1673828 is the most popular and effective among others. For proper torque distribution, the pump must have clean transmission fluid.
Replacing the lubricant also entails replacing the filter, because this part is most contaminated during operation. The filter is not used twice, it cannot be washed and cleaned, because this will not bring results.
A new part must be installed, having the following composition:
- Clean filter.
- Sealing ring.
- Two bolts.

- Removing the pump - cleaning and washing the mesh.
- Install all parts in reverse order.
