Petrol Injector Seal and Filter Repair Kit - Toyota / Lexus - 2320950040

This kit replaces sealing O-rings and inlet filters in petrol injectors on the listed Toyota / Lexus applications. Sealing rings restore injector sealing; filters trap contamination before it enters the injector. Match the original injector number and service elements before ordering.

Seal and Filter Symptoms to Investigate

• Petrol smell after starting or near the fuel rail.
• Fuel traces near injectors or rail.
• Unstable idle.
• Difficult starting.
• Increased fuel consumption.
• Injectors removed for cleaning, testing or repair.
• O-rings hardened, inelastic or damaged during removal.
• Injector filters need replacement after flushing.

Confirm the faulty service elements before repair.

Kit Contents

• Fuel injector O-rings.
• Injector filters.

Engine Applications

• 2UZ-FE 4.7L V8.

Version Selection and Service

Compare the number on the installed injector; different engines, years, equipment or markets can use different injectors. Do not select by 4.7-litre engine displacement alone. After removal or ultrasonic cleaning, new seals and filters are recommended. Dirty filters can impair fuel delivery and spray quality.

Important Before Ordering

Compare the original part number, marking, shape and mounting design before ordering. A model name alone does not confirm the required version.

FAQ

What is included?

Injector sealing O-rings and filters.

How should I select the version?

Compare the complete number on the installed injector; model and engine alone are insufficient.

Should old seals be reused?

New seals are recommended after removal or cleaning because old rings can deform, lose elasticity or be damaged.
