Stainless Steel EGR Delete Kit - Land Rover Discovery 2 / Defender TD5

This stainless steel EGR removal kit is for Land Rover Discovery 2 and Defender with the TD5 diesel engine. It provides the removal pipe, exhaust-manifold blanking plate and associated fitting components for the listed EGR systems.

Kit Contents

• 1 stainless steel exhaust manifold blanking plate, 4mm thick.
• 1 EGR removal pipe.
• 6 socket-head bolts: 2 for the plate and 4 for the EGR pipe.
• 1 gasket between the removal pipe and intake manifold.
• 1 gasket between the removal pipe and exhaust manifold.
• 2 vacuum-pipe plugs for unused vacuum lines.

Construction and Fitting

The components are stainless steel with TIG-welded construction. Fitting requires basic mechanical skills and tools. Match the installed EGR arrangement and component interfaces before ordering.
