Double Vanos repair kit (Double Vanos) engines: M52TU, M54, M56. OEM 11361440142, 11361438448, 11361440134
The Double Vanos BMW system is known for its problem - bearings wear out over time or the material of the system loses elasticity.
The Vanos Dual System Repair Kit is required if the following problems are noticed:
- Knocking on the engine cover.
- Increase in fuel consumption.
- Power surges during acceleration.
- Slow start in cold weather.
- Variable speed at low speed.
- Torque reduction.
The repair kit contains: 4 Teflon rings, 6 screw rings, 2 steel rings for bearings, 9 system seal rings, 9 bolts. Old seals and other parts are removed, after which new ones are put on.
After repair:
- Improves traction at low rpm.
- The amount of fuel consumed is reduced.
- There is a knock in the system during operation.
- Set speed without drops.
The kit is suitable for repairing BMW engines, models M52TU, M54, M56.
Car series: E46 98-05, E39 99-03 / E60 & E61 02-05, E38 98-01 / E65 & E66 02-05, Z3 E36 98-02, Z4 E85 02-05, X3 E83 03-06, X5 E53 00-06.
