This kit provides blanking parts for removal of the EGR system on the listed BMW engine variants. Select it by the EGR cooler and installed system references; the production period alone does not confirm fitment.

When to Inspect the Intake and EGR
- Reduced engine power.
- EGR or intake manifold faults.
- Black exhaust smoke.
- Unstable idle.
- Intake air leaks.
- Carbon build-up or sticking flaps.
Diagnose the old system to establish the cause before deciding on the work required.
Repair Scope
The kit contains blanking parts used in place of the removed EGR system. It is not a replacement cooler or complete intake manifold. Inspect the old system and confirm the applicable engine variant and cooler reference.
Important Before Ordering
Compare the original part number, marking, shape and mounting design before ordering. A model name alone does not confirm the required version.
